{"id":72,"date":"2015-10-27T16:43:51","date_gmt":"2015-10-27T16:43:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/defiaye.com\/?p=72"},"modified":"2016-04-27T16:44:21","modified_gmt":"2016-04-27T16:44:21","slug":"deaths-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/defiaye.com\/index.php\/2015\/10\/27\/deaths-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Deaths 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department for Work and Pensions has finally<a href=\"http:\/\/bravemany.com\/91740-dead\/#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> published the number of people who have died while claiming incapacity benefits since November 2011 \u2013 and has announced that the number who died between January that year and February 2014 is 91,740.<\/p>\n<p>91,740 people.<\/p>\n<p>91,740.<\/p>\n<p>The DWP statement \u201cthese isolated figures provide limited scope for analysis and nothing can be gained from this publication that would allow the reader to form any judgement as to the effects or impacts of the Work Capability Assessment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The work-related activity group is for people who are expected to recover from their illnesses and be well enough to return to work within a year. In that group, there should be <strong>ZERO <\/strong>deaths<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instead we have 7,200 deaths in the work-related activity group.\u00a0 7200 death which brings the known total to 8,500<a href=\"http:\/\/bravemany.com\/91740-dead\/#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>.
